Temps in the 40s and 50s this week

After a stretch of active weather with lots of wind over the weekend, it’s going to be a relatively quiet week. Temperatures will warm into the lower 50s by Wednesday and Thursday with a chance of rain on Thursday. Behind that late week system, temperatures will fall back into the mid 40s for Friday. Here’s the 7-day forecast from the National Weather Service:

Today: Sunny, with a high near 43. Northwest wind around 6 mph becoming south in the afternoon.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 31. South southwest wind 5 to 7 mph.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 52. West northwest wind 6 to 10 mph.

Tuesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 32. West northwest wind 3 to 6 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 53. Light west wind.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 34.

Thursday: Partly sunny, with a high near 54.

Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 30.

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 44.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 30.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 49.

Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 39.
