Woman from Cameron hospitalized after 2-vehicle crash

CLINTON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 11a.m. Thursday in Clinton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2019 GMC Canyon driven by Kevin Jordan, 62, Lenexa, was stopped at a stop sign on Interstate 35 exit 48 ramp two miles south of Cameron. The vehicle and then traveled into the intersection of U.S. 69 and into the path of and struck a northbound 1998 Ford Mustang driven by Brandy D. Skouby, 46, Cameron.

Cameron EMS transported Skouby to Liberty Hospital. Jordan was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP.
