ATCHISON COUNTY —Police are investigating a suspect on new allegations after an arrest.
Just after 8p.m. Thursday, police observed a wanted suspect identified as 22-year-old Isaiah C. Crail of Atchison, walking in the 500 block Unity Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Officer attempted to arrest him on District Court warrants for probation violation. They eventually arrested him in the 1000 Block of North 6th Street after a foot pursuit.
Crail is being held on requested charges of Interference with law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia that was found on his person.
