ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas woman in connection with two instances of criminal tresspass.
On Wednesday, police arrested 44-year-old Angel R. Moorshead of Atchison, on a District Court warrant for theft and criminal trespass that occurred at Massasoit Apartments, 221 North 3rd, on February 2, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. She is also accused of a similar crime at Stop and Go, 405 U.S.59, on February 19.
She remains in custody, according to online jail records.
