OFFICAL CONTEST RULES Listeners can register to win. 1 winner will be chosen at random. If we are unable to contact the winning entrant for any reason*, the prize may be given away in a different manner or contest.
1. Contest open to everyone 18 years of age or older who are not employees (and immediate family members) of Eagle Communications, Inc. That opts-in to the Qcrew listener club when they enter or is a active member of the club.
2. No purchase necessary to win.
3. Only 1 entry per person any entries over that amount per person will be thrown out.
4. You may win this contest one time only. Once a participant wins, all other entries will be deleted from the pool of eligible entries. If we are unable to connect with an entrant for any reason, their entry will remain in the pool of eligible entries.
6. Odds of winning the contest depend on the total number of entries received.
7. No substitution of prize is allowed. Prize is non-transferable. Winner may be required to sign liability release. Winner will also be required to furnish social security number and complete a W-9 tax form for prizes over $599.00. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes relating to the prize.
8. By accepting prize, winner agrees to use by KSJQ of his/her name, likeness, voice and/or personal information for promotional purposes in connection with this contest without compensation.
9. KSJQ will be the final arbitrator with regard to questions that may arise regarding this contest. All inquiries may be addressed to KSJQ, 4104 Country Lane, St. Joseph, MO 64506.
10. Prize will be available for pick up at KSJQ, 4104 country Lane, St. Joseph, MO, 48 hours after winning. Prize must be collected within 2 weeks of winning. KSJQ office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM and 5:00PM. Proper identification will be required.
11. KSJQ reserves the right to refuse the awarding of the prize in the event of non-compliance with the contest rules, fraud, misrepresentation of counterfeit, illegible or altered identification. No photocopies will be accepted. Deadline for entries is listed on the individual contest website page. Illegible, incomplete, machine printed, facsimile or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. KSJQ is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, mutilated altered, illegible, stolen, postage due, or misdirected entries. Entrants assume all risks.
12. KSJQ reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or to make modifications to the official contest rules that will become effective upon announcement.
13. KSJQ are not responsible if caller is unable to contact the station due to telephone problems of any kind, including busy circuits. KSJQ is not responsible if we encounter telephone problems while attempting to contact you. This includes but is not limited to, busy signals and busy circuits. You assume all responsibility for cell phone service problems if you enter using a cell phone number.
14. KSJQ is not responsible if technical problems prohibit us from airing any portion of the contest. Portions of the contest not affecting the outcome may be edited for playback.
15. All register to win entrants online must opt-in to be a member of the Qcrew Listener Club. If they choose to enter the contest but do not opt in to the listener club. Their entry will be considered null and void.
