ANDREW COUNTY—A Kansas man avoided injury after an accident just after 5p.m. Sunday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2000 Peterbilt Tractor driven by Frederick A. Cullen, 65, Ottawa, was northbound on Route DD just north of Country Club.
The vehicle traveled off the east side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned.
Cullen refused treatment at the scene. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
