Police capture wanted suspect in NW Missouri

LIVINGSTON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on new allegations and after asking the public for help have made an arrest.

Just after 5p.m. Thursday, Chillicothe officers and Livingston County Deputies located Kevin Head in the area where he escaped and with the assistance from the community took him into custody, according to a social media report from police.

Earlier in the day, Chillicothe Police issued an alert for Head who had an active felony parole violation warrant. While attempting to serve the warrant, he fled from officers and deputies in the 1700 block of Deringer Drive and was seen east bound on foot from the 1700 block of Boyd Street  wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. He is considered armed and dangerous.
