GRUNDY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 5p.m. Saturday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2020 Yamaha Raptor driven by Anthony W. Hecker, 32, Laredo, was southbound on Railway Street in Laredo attempting a right turn on 3rd Street.
The driver was traveling too fast for roadway condition, according to the Patrol. The Sport ATV began to slide and struck the left side of an eastbound 2002 Yamaha Grizzly 660 driven by Patty M. Eckert, 50, Laredo.50, Laredo.
A private vehicle transported Eckert to Wright Memorial Hospital. Hecker did not seek medical treatment. They were not wearing helmets, according to the MSHP.
