A 31-year-old man is in critical, but stable condition after a
shooting late Wednesday night near downtown St. Joseph.
St. Joseph police say patrons of River Bluffs Brewery made an
emergency call to report the shooting shortly after 10 o’clock.
Police report the victim had been shot near 13th Street
and Frederick Avenue and ran from the scene. No suspect has been taken into
custody. Police continue to investigate and ask that anyone with information
about the shooting call the St. Joseph Police Department.
