ANDREW COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 3p.m. Monday in Andrew County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Honda Civic driven by Matthew S. Brown, 28, Savannah, was northbound on Business 71 one mile south of Savannah.
Th driver fell asleep. The car traveled down an embankment, struck the ground, a tree and came to rest in a field.
A private vehicle transported Brown to Mosaic Life Care. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
