ATCHISON COUNTY —A Kansas felon with a history of crime is back in jail.
On Saturday, police arrested 45-year-old Michael B. Goner of Atchison, on requested charges of domestic battery and interference with law enforcement in the 1000 block North 4th Street in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He was also arrested on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court. He has previous convictions for interference with Law Enforcement; knowingly falsely accusing person of non felony crime and drug possession, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections. In 2019, he was accused of aggravated domestic battery, according to online jail records.
