Former St. Joseph School Board member, Kenneth Reeder, has pleaded guilty to a peace disturbance charge, agreeing to pay a fine and court costs.
Reeder was charged after an early morning traffic stop nearly a year ago near McArthur Drive and West Highland Avenue for allegedly driving drunk and having a weapon.
Reeder has been fined 250 dollars, plus court costs.
