HARRISON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 8p.m. Wednesday in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Chevy Impala driven by a 16-year-old Eagleville boy was southbound on East 220th Avenue one mile southeast of Bethany. All the occupants were sitting or hanging out the windows of the car unsecured.
The car met a northbound vehicle and one of the occupants of the Chevy identified as a 16-year-old Ridgeway girl lost her balance and fell out the rear window of the car.
A private vehicle transported the girl to Harrison County Community Hospital. There were no other injuries. The MSHP no longer releases names of accident victims.
