ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
Shortly after 8:30a.m. on Sept. 28, police responded to the area of 7th and R Street in Atchison to check the welfare of several people in and around a parked vehicle, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
One of those persons was 22-year-old Christian Tollett of Branson, Missouri, who was found to be in possession of illegal drugs.
Tollett is being held in the county jail on requested charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
