DeKalb County sheriff’s officials have released the identities of the three killed in a residential fire in Weatherby earlier this month.
Killed in the fire were 36-year-old Mary Justus and her daughter, eight-year-old Millie Krebs. The fire also took the life of 26-year-old Christopher Evans, the boyfriend of Mary Justus. All were residents of Weatherby.
DeKalb County Sheriff’s deputies and first responders found the three dead inside the residence after responding to the house fire at 190 N. North Street, Lot 1, in Weatherby November 20th.
The Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office performed autopsies last Friday. The results are pending.
The investigation into the fire continues.
