DAVIESS COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 6p.m. Sunday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Peterbilt semi driven by a 27-year-old Mission, Texas man was northbound on Interstate 35 three miles northwest of Winston. The semi began to slide, traveled off the west side of the road into the media, spun 180 degrees and overturned.
Daviess County ambulance transported the driver to Cameron Regional Medical Center. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
