City Administrator Anthony Nussbaum is seeking a 12-month extension for a grant received for a housing project in order to address workforce housing shortages. The City Council has approved providing up to $50 thousand in zero-interest financial assistance for the project. Other entities, such as EDGE and Miller-Monroe Company, are also supporting the effort by committing financial support and listing commission contributions. The adoption of the program will help the City close out the project at 1612 Fulton Street and advance workforce housing objectives.
