Construction is underway for a new four-story TownePlace Suites by Marriott Hotel in St. Joseph, Missouri. The hotel, valued at nearly $10 million, will feature 129 rooms, a breakfast area, fitness center, indoor pool, and outdoor patio. The project is progressing as construction crews work on the development on North Woodbine Road.
