Alpaca wool could be a winner for Northwest Missouri Industries

Grace Acres Ranch has partnered with Northwest Missouri Industries to provide discarded alpaca wool for the creation of bird nesting boxes. The alpaca wool, which is not as soft as the wool used in other products, will be repurposed for this unique venture. The Letsingers, owners of Grace Acres Ranch, have donated the wool from their alpacas to support this initiative. Northwest Missouri Industries clients and staff in Rock Port, Missouri, are excited to work on this project and create bird nesting boxes using the donated alpaca wool.
