The Trenton City Council adopted a policy on code enforcement for derelict structures during a recent meeting. The new code enforcement measures aim to address derelict structures in the designated area. This initiative follows Trenton’s receipt of a Community Development Block Grant to demolish 25 unsafe structures in the city.
