The Nodaway County Health Center in Missouri has partnered with Happy Bottoms, a diaper bank in Kansas City, to provide diapers to WIC clients with children from birth to age four. Each child can receive 75 diapers or 50 pullups per month, with a total cost of $1,008 for the rest of 2026. The health center will pick up the diapers in St. Joseph and invoice a portion of the costs to the Maternal Child Health Services block grant program.
