The Missouri Department of Transportation is planning an intersection improvement project on U.S. Route 169 and N.E. Woodbine Road north of St. Joseph and wants to hear from the public.

The project is currently scheduled to go out for contractor bids as a part of MoDOT’s December 2027 letting.  Residents are invited to attend a public open house meeting on Wednesday, June 3rd, at the Rolling Hills Library – Riverside Branch, located at 400 Mosaic Court, St. Joseph, MO 64506. Attendees are welcome to come any time between 5 and 7 pm to speak with project leaders.

The meeting will allow the public to share their thoughts and concerns about the plans for the project and to provide comments, either directly to the engineers or through a comment form.  If anyone is unable to attend the open house, two other opportunities for public comment are available through Wednesday, June 17th.
