St. Joseph Mayor John Josendale will run for a second term.

Josendale, along with St. Joseph city councilmembers, Madison Davis, Marty Novak, and Randy Schultz, have picked up petitions at city hall, signaling their intent to run for re-election during municipal elections next year.

Both Novak and Schultz are at-large members on the St. Joseph City Council. Davis represents District One.

Newcomer, Collin Clibon, has picked up a petition to run for an at-large seat.

Tuesday was the first day candidates for mayor, city council, and municipal judge could pick up petitions to start the process of running for office.

Petitions can be filed with the city clerk between October 7th and October 28th.
