Eight-time Entertainer of the Year Kenny Chesney has announced he will return to Kansas City for the eighth time, taking over the stage at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday, July 6, 2024.

Chesney’s Sun Goes Down Tour 2024 will include Zac Brown Band, Megan Moroney and Uncle Kracker.

Since being built in 1972, GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium has hosted over 60 shows, and this will be the 24th concert performance at the stadium since 2011. With eight concerts at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, Chesney holds the top spot for most performances in the history of the stadium, and the 2024 show will be Chesney’s second appearance in the last three years.

“It is an honor to welcome Kenny Chesney back to the concert stage for a record eighth time,” Chiefs President Mark Donovan said. “Kenny is a friend and helped bring live music back to GEHA Field at Arrowhead in 2011.  Through the years, his shows have always been the biggest parties of the summer and a proven fan-favorite event here in Kansas City.”
