Mosaic Life Care recently held its second Nursing Scholars Promise Day signing, where local high school graduates committed to pursuing nursing degrees with scholarship support from the healthcare provider. The program, in partnership with Missouri Western State University, covers half of the students’ tuition and guarantees them a job at Mosaic upon graduation. The initiative aims to strengthen the local healthcare workforce and retain talent in the community. Selected students signed agreements to receive educational support from Mosaic in exchange for a commitment to work for the health system after completing their nursing degrees.
